We use Australia Post for shipping Australia wide. Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $100 (metro customers) and free shipping over $150 (regional customers). Subscription customers receive a free upgrade to express post on all orders (for the price of standard delivery).

When purchasing (either as a one off order or recurring subscription), please allow enough time for delivery to your location. As Mums we know how important it is to have full tummies and never run out. Please see our suggested delivery times below.

Due to the impact of COVID-19 our delivery partners are experiencing some delays, so we highly recommend express post to ensure your order arrives on time. For your peace of mind, all deliveries are contactless and all warehouse, post and courier staff adhere to a strict COVID-safe management plan which includes enhanced hygiene protocols.

Returns

We want you to enjoy every purchase of mumamoo. As food items such as milk formula and milk drink are consumable, they cannot be returned for refund or exchange. Health and safety is of the utmost importance to us and we ensure every tin we send, has been stored in safe and appropriate conditions. Our mumamoo lid is tamper proof and when opening, please always ensure the seal is in tact.
